I had the banjo fitting rot through at the fuel filter years ago. The banjo fitting is still available for Volvos, if anyone runs into the problem again. I also purchased 6 mm nylon tubing for the fuel line and I used a nylon Legris push-lock union metric fitting to connect to the original 6 mm nylon Saab fuel line. Legris is a decent fitting manufacturer and it has been working fine for at least 8 years or so. No leaks. I stuck with all nylon for fuel resistance. $5 +/- from MSC or other places and good for 290 PSI. It'll cost you more for shipping than the part. For the metal lines I would just bend them yourself from steel brake line. There's no magic there and trying to install a stock set of lines would probably be a bigger pain. It doesn't have to be pretty unless you want it to.
