The panel is pretty easy to get out (not sure if you have a 4dr or 5dr, also not sure if there's any difference there!). However, just be careful when you are prying the panel off, as it's pretty easy to break something. This is especially true when taking the plastic seatbelt trim off, but at least there are four tabs on the thing, so if you break one you're still ok. I broke two, superglue actually worked to put 'em back on.
If you were just adding a tweeter, I'd recommend doing it without removing the panel, in the future. :)
