No. I have the same car, actually, you can buy the new pulley for $30.00 or so and do the whole job from up top. You will need to take off a/c belt first by relaxing it's tensioner pulley enough to take that belt off. Next put a socket wrench on tensioner pulley and push down against it's spring- this will allow you to remove serp. belt. Check it for wear and replace if necessary. I drew a diagram of the belt routing so I could get it back on- it will be tight and difficult to get it around the little alternator pulley- but as I said, it can all be done from up-top. Some people will only tackle this job by removing inner fender and passenger wheel for total access- it's up to you. Now, back to the pulley- you can remove the special bolt that act as it's axis, then gently pry the pressed steel arms that support it until you can lift the old pulley out! done!! (if the whole assembly is not worn crooked) Put the new pulley on, replace belts.
