I have this weird thing going on right now with my 9kt. Awhile ago, maybe two weeks, a vacuum hose kept coming a loose. The car would sputter under hard acceleration. I got the hose replaced and that seem to fix the problem, for a little while. When it came back I added a fuel injector cleaner. It seemed to fix the problem and the car was running stronger than ever until this past Saturday. It was running fine Friday night and when I went to drive it Saturday afternoon it was sputtering again. The hoses were on and I had a half a tank of gas. I thought it might be the fuel filter. My wife drove the car on Sunday and I told her to try and not accelerate too hard. She said she didn't have any problems. I had to take the car out at about 11:15pm to get some Tylenol for one of the kids. No sputtering, running strong and I was able to burn rubber at a signal. I've never been able to do that before. It was about 40 degrees outside and I know turbos run better in cold weather but what do you think the problem could be? Could be the fuel filter, DI cassette, plugs? I'd like to resolve asap.
