Don't you just hate dealer stickers! I imagine it depends what sort of sticker it is, but for things like bumper stickers or the like I find WD-40 to work very well. Just as importantly it is also really easy on the paint as long as you wash off the area within a reasonable amount of time after applying it. Try to scrape as much off using just your finger nails or maybe a very soft plastic spatula as possible. The WD-40 and a small amount of elbow grease will get off the rest and all the sticky stuff. If the dealer sticker is something else that looks sturdier than a bumper sticker (which most of them seem to) I don't have any experience here and I'd it approach with caution.
Good luck,
Craig
