Washer Leaking

My windshield washer tank is leaking. I replaced this little check valve about a year ago, I think it was about $10.00 from the dealer...maybe not! But it started again, I haven't looked yet to see, but I am suposing its that again. Is there an easier way to get to it than from the bottom up? Is there a better valve if that's what it is? Thoughts?
