Replacing 02 sensor and Water Pump

Hi,
I've got a 93 9000T and I have a bad 02 sensor. My dad says it's something I can do myself, but I wanted to hear from others on how hard it might be to DIY. Just curious on how long it took anyone of you to do it, if there are any procedures out there on how to do it, and how much you paid for the sensor.
I also might have a leaky water pump. I'm going to do a pressure test to make sure, but it's highly likely. I was wondering also if anyone has replaced that on their own. This saab mech. I know wants $450 to do it. I'm thinking that's a little high, but who knows, it could be a real pain to get to (no idea). Just curious if anyone's done that, how long it took, and procedures on it. etc..etc.. and how much you paid for your water pump.
I found some places that had old invoices for them and those people paid $120, sound reasonable?
Well I'm just curious, want to start to DIY...
Thanks in advance,
Joseph
