Nick, I've got a modified ECU that came directly from Sweden. The
guys I correspond with over there have nothing bad to say about Maptun.
In fact, it seems he does some of the better, ie. more horsepower,
sw tuning for the 9-3/900. Just like everything else, in time, someone
always comes up with something a little better! I don't think you'll
be disappointed going with Maptun. His prices are reasonable, and his tuning is done without raising the base boost - things which can't be
said of Abbott. By the way, the Superflex brand of poly bushings seems
to differentiate itself from others by its' manufacturing process.
They claim to use some sort of oven moulding operation that is in
some way different from injection molding. I'm not at all familiar
with manufacturing processes in the plastics industry, but it seems
they've been around awhile and have a lot of ties to the motorsport
and formula one scene in Europe. I think I'll go with them as I can
get all the wishbone, steering rack, and sway bar bushings for less
than what Abbott gets for just the wishbones.
