again, as in I mentioned this in a non-related post,,,I've been boosting 20-25psi for 100K and the turbo is in fine shape. I just use a good synthetic oil and I'm really anal of going easy on the engine in the last 10-15minutes of driving if I'm doing repeated 3rd, 4th, 5th gear accelerations on the highway. My turbo blazes orange quite a bit as well, not much I can do about that, especially if I'm buzzing around around 4000-4500RPM then go a boostin' ;) Nothing like the bench dyno however...
