I have same year Saab- same annoying features. If pictogram stays on- I would suspect that you drive with lights always on? and that the problem is only with the two little bulbs. Try cleaning the contact area and the bulb glass with alcohol- my picogram occasional lights up only when braking- which points to five possible bulb culprits-the two double filiment bulbs you've replaced, the two single in the upper position and the third bulb in rear window.
I found that the ABS problem is most likely the wire leading to the sensor-but not the sensor itself. My passenger front sensor cable was cracked open(the insulation) You will see a sharp curve in this cable where it is held onto the strut assembly by two rubber grommets- I released the cable from one of these brackets to relax it a bit and the ABS light stopped coming on- I suspect an intermittent short in that stresses out cable trying to send the signal. Try those two suggestions and see if your woes disappear! good luck.
