Note the RPM at which the vibe occurs in 5th, then shift to 4th and drop speed to match the RPM and drive in 4th for a while to see if it's still there. What will this prove? Darned if I know, but it would be interesting to know.
Check the CV joints by finding a large empty parking lot and doing circles with the steering at full lock at 5 to 10 mph. Clicking sounds indicate bad CV joints. Do it in both directions. Don't do it for long or you'll be arrested on suspicion of something. You would also get dizzy before long.
Best way to check mounts is to pry the engine upward and look at the mount. See link to pic below.
Dial the vibration in, then push in the clutch and coast. Does it stop as soon as you clutch?
Find an open piece of road and drive it on up to 75 or 80 briefly. Increase in vibration? More, less, same?
Best guess for now is tire balance, but more info would be helpful. If it gets worse with speed, or disappears but returns worse at higher speed, then tire balance really becomes suspect.
