The ride shouldn't be too bad with those springs (ride mostly depends on your shock absorbers), but it will definitely be rougher than stock. As for Turbo/Non-Turbo, it doesn't matter. Everything's the same.
SPAX is a really good spring company, but if I were you I would not go with the 60 mm lowering kit unless you have some really tiny tires and really big anti-roll bars. With near-stock tire size, I would stick with a 30-40 mm drop, or else you will get rubbing when cornering or carrying a load in the rear. You will also have issues with parking next to curbs (doors hitting the sidewalk), or against concrete barriers, and also with speed bumps. Want to jack up your car to change a tire? HA!! Better have a small ramp to pull it up on first. Also, the 60 mm drop is most likely a race-oriented spring, which will make your heavy car handle better but rough on the street due to limited suspension travel before hitting the bump stops.
All this said, SPAX makes a 30 mm kit that would be better suited to a street application. With this kit, your car will look significantly lower but maintain its streetability and utility nature. I have Intrax 1.75" lowering springs on my car, and even with that drop I have some rubbing with stock tire size (I've ordered smaller profile tires and am planning on ordering a bigger rear sway bar). The car rides decent, but still a bit rough due to my Koni shocks. However, I do clear speed bumps (haven't scraped any hard parts yet) and can still get my jack under the car (barely).
