I've used the EBC pads on my Harley-Davidson Road King (the touring version, similar or identical to Greenstuff) for three years with excellent results: Low dust, better than stock brake feel, low pad wear, and zero rotor wear at 60k+ miles. Rotors are also EBC. These pads have been in service for the entire 60k miles on two motorcycles and are only about half worn. I've experienced no squeal or other adverse side effects. I would put nothing else on a touring bike or cruiser.
I've used Repco (now Axxis or PBR) Deluxe pads on my Saabs and other cars for over 25 years, and they are excellent--also low dust and good wear. But when the time comes to change, I'll probably go with EBC given my experience on the Harley. This is, of course, unless I hear unfavorable musings here.
