I agree with the first two posters, should be fine. Even if you go to the mountains a lot, I wouldn't think it would be all that inappropriate.
I've always been of the opinion that the only time you need to worry about high viscosity is when the engine is really, really cold and it's being started. Oil has to flow to the bearings and if it's like syrup, that might take a second or so. I must admit that I don't know the reality of how long it takes a given viscosity oil to get to the bearings and cylinder walls, and I also don't know if any oil clings to these surfaces for hours when the car is sitting. But I've always thought that 20 weight oil is pretty thin, and it should get there quick enough. You oil gurus feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.
In general, I've always felt that the engine should be OK as long as you let it idle for 30 to 60 seconds. Then, drive off very gently and continue to drive very gently for the first couple of miles. By then, the engine and oil should be at a reasonable operating temperature and viscosity. If you start it and rev it immediately, even in hot weather, you're shredding metal. If you drive it hard when it's cold, everything is still brittle and the oil is still thick, and it's not good. Compare it to being jerked out of bed on a cold day.
