The front (pulley) crankshaft seal on one car started leaking at 130K. I have another car with 133K and no signs of leaking. My 900 with the same engine (2.0T) went 160K with no seal leak.
I guess it 'just depends'. I would expect 60K at least. But life expectancy is just that - what you expect. If it's leaking, then, it's leaking.
Replacing the front seal is no biggie. Maybe 90 minutes work. You have to pull the belt(s) and main pulley. If you're in there, you should also replace the oil pump O-ring, replace your belt(s), and inspect your idler pulley(s) for bearing wear.
