Especially if it's always been reasonably accurate until the past two days. While it will normally read a few degrees above ambient temperature if you're in stop and go traffic (and on hot summer days, I've had it as much as 15F higher than ambient while sitting in a traffic jam), if it's 25C off, that's far too great an error to attribute to lack of air flow!
I should expect the sensor to be reasonably inexpensive, as there's not much to it..
