Once you have it removed like Paul said, I would assume you can also have it serviced. Just check in the phone book or on the internet for people who fix clocks. They usually clean and oil and do whatever else needs to be done. This way, you know you'll have a like-new clock that should last at least another 10 years. Which ever way, I hope you figure out what time it is! :)
