1990 9K door alignment

Seen a few threads on doors lately, so I'll throw in a question:
The left (drivers) door is more difficult to close than the others and there is a fair bit of wind noise as well. Visually, it seems to line up well with the body. Which adjustment(s) will yield the greatest improvement
with a minimum of tools and expertise?
It would be nice if it closed as smoothly and solidly as the other three, but obviously it has received more use in the last 11 years!
Thanks in advance,
Eric
