The only reason I conclude the EDU was broken by the dealer is because (1) it was working when you gave him the car, and (2) it stopped working while they had it. Yes, it could be a coincidence that is *just* decided to stop working while it was in the shop. But if you give something to somebody, and they work on it with tools, and they give it back and you notice that something is broken, what else would you figure?
How replacing the radiator would have broken it - don't know. But then again, you don't know why the EDU isn't working. Until you know why it isn't working, I still put my money on somebody with a wrench knocking a wire loose.
What do you mean by: "do fuses 13 and 17 look open or closed.."?
