I just traded a 86 900t with 146k for a 89 9000CDt with 220k The 9k is pretty nice with a nice leather interior with no rips and working seat heaters. The previous owner owns an independent SAAB shop, and this was his wifes car. The auto tranny was done some 40k ago and he was pretty good about keeping the fluids changed. This particular 9k needed some small odds and ends, as well as new tires and front hood struts. The heater core was done a couple years ago as well as the AC(new compressor and lines) and serpintine belt tensioner.
It should be a nice car for my wife for the next couple years. (she used to drive an 84 900s auto, so she thinks this car is a rocket)

PS. It also still has its origional turbo, although the seals are going. It will start to smoke if you let it idle for more then 10 min or so.
Actually, my family has owned 7 or so turbocharged saabs, and we never had to replace a turbo. This 9000 will be the first.
