...and I'm hesitant to report that the misfire/skipping has been eliminated.(Hesitant because I don't want to jinx myself!) Symptoms were occasional(maybe once a day) misfire/skipping, usually after startup, then it would clear up and run fine. My local indie diagnosed a head gasket leak. On Quasi's suggestion I added Bars Leaks...one 5 oz container about three weeks ago and have had only one espisode of misfire/skipping..about two days after adding Bars....since then no further incidents and I feel pretty confident that I would have experienced more...keeping my fingers crossed that it may have done the trick!! Thanks Quasi
