On my 9K CSE, am considering replacing the boring Saab 15" alloys with decent 17"....the question is what profile tyre would be most suited? At present the overall diameter with the standard 195/65/15 fitting is around 610mm, with the new 17" wheels and 215/45/17 tyre the diameter is about the same. Would it be best to go for the 215/50/17 tyre to fill the wheel arch gap to the full.....or will this rub somewhere??
