Do you have a timing light?
Double check that you got the fuel lines back in the right places.
After cranking the engine over, pull the air filter, open the butterfly, and look down the carb throat with a flashlight and see if you can see wet from fuel being delivered. If no fuel, pump the fuel pump some by hand (little lever underneath I think) and see if you get fuel.
Pull coil lead while cranking, put it somewhere grounded that you can see and make sure you're getting spark.
If no spark, check the points, that the grounding lead from the contact breaker goes to the 'minus' on the coil didn't get knocked off, make sure you have +12 on the 'plus' of the coil.
If all else fails, squirt some starter fluid, or brake cleaner down the throat of the carb, see if it stutters and wants to start.
If you get backfire out the intake you might have put the dizzy back in retarded too far, have a helper crank the engine over and stand at the engine compartment with the dizzy loose, and rotate slowly one way and the other and see if you can get it to cough or studder to see if the timing is way off or something.
Best,
Drew
