I think the best way to determine this is to count the turns lock-to-lock. Once you have done that, be aware that a number of different racks were used in EMS cars. In 73-74 they shared the rack with the standard cars, I believe, and in 75-76 they shared a rack with the standard cars which was different than the 73-74 rack. The 77-78 EMS and Turbo cars had the quick ratio rack (ready for your upper-body workout?) which is probably the one you want. I don't recall the exact lock-to-lock on that one, Maybe Doug remembers. We had the whole chart filled out on the 99 email group if you are on that list.
Let me know what you find on your rack and I can look that up for you if you need.
