The bad news is that the original guides are no longer available. The good news is that I have rarely seen them really wear out completely. They do get grooves in them, but still work fine and can be adjusted, even with the engine in the car, if needed, to take up slack in the chain. If you have the engine out, I would recommend getting everything set up, keeping the tensioner fully compressed, and loosening the long guide and pushing it towards the chain until everything is tight(the mounting holes are slotted)and then tighten it down and release the tensioner. If you are patient you can loosen the mounting bolts, apply tension with a long screwdriver, and retighten the bolts, but at that point you have to wonder why your tensioner is not taking up the slack. Tensioners are also not available, but again, taking it apart, cleaning everything, maybe touching things up with some emery paper so they work smoothly and you should be able to reuse. Maybe post some pictures of your current guides and tensioner shoe so we can assess the wear?
Thanks,
Gary
