The nylon one in the end of the Pass. side housing?
mine was powder (more like kitty litter), and the rack looked worked on.
Maybe wrong oil had broken down the nylon bushing?
I did make a brass one based off an awesome post here,
but my parts rack had a good condition OEM one, so I'm leaning towards using it...
kinda wondering if that's a designed weak point, so if there's a serious impact, the bushing will fail possibly saving the rack from damage?
I'm trying to think of any reason not to use the brass one i made.
what did you end up doing on your rebuild as far as that bushing?
thanks for you help!
