Chris, You can swap in 900 springs without changing anything. Adding a late 99 or 900 rear axle will give you a slightly wider track allowing wider wheels/tires. You can swap front hubs assemblies from3 later stages of development: '81-'86 900 - same brake calipers, but the later design with easily removed brake rotors. '86-'87 900T - later design + vented brake rotors, requires the vented brake calipers. '88 - '93/4 900 - 9000 style brakes, later 4-bolt wheel pattern, rear parking brake that requires adapting the park brake lever and cables to the rear. All the later rear axles change the shock to the 900 style mounts. If you do springs only remember that your car is lighter than a 900 and will ride higher with the same springs. My '76 with 900 SPG springs rode at just slightly below stock height. Rear hatch on 3-door 99's and 900's are all the same fit. '80 and later have the additional lights on the hatch. Whale-tail [ the optional oversize rear spoiler ] will fit your hatch as well as any c900.
