the shift linkage had to be adjusted, I just went ahead and put the ignition setup from the 83 900t in the car and cut the length of the shift rod to fit and cut and welded the hand brake bracket from that car to the 99. AAAAAnd since I used a 74 99 I had to put the fuel tank & fuel system in from the 83t in the car and of course the electronics had to be installed/modified.
There is a bunch of little stuff that you don't think about and I am not sure if it would have had impact if I hadn't of done it such as I changed out all of the suspension from the 83t to the 99 (front and rear)as well as the breaking system.
