I imagine NC has some nice roads that you drive on, as opposed to the pot hole infested roads where I live. High presure gas and pot holes don't mix...they will give you a rough ride...hard, non-forgiving suspension.
I've run the koni's around town, but chose the nicest roads to drive on, and they felt great. I've had 99's with Bilsteins, KYB's, and now Koni's. They will all give you a stiff ride, which might all be just fine for the roads you travel on.
