Looks like a bad water pump - crap! I took out the thermostat (it was brand new so I would be surprised if it were bad), to see if there is any flow at all in the coolant system, and it looks like there is none. The car ran for 10 minutes before it started to get a little hot. After it got hot, I checked the radiator and it was as cool as a cucumber. I then check the hose coming from the thermostat to the radiator and it was hot close to the thermostat housing and gradually goes to cold as you move away from the thermostat housing. The same for the hose going to the overflow tank from the water pump. So I guess this means an engine pull. Is that right? I also noticed that as it get to normal temperature, the oil light starts to come on at lower rpms (bearings?). Where can I get the parts to rebuild a b-engine? At least there is no timing chain noises (although I actually have those parts). Thanks!
