Washerfluid Spray Valve Fix?

The valve on the center of the hood of my 1969 96 that sprays the fluid has broken. One of the two tiny little beads that the water jets through has fallen out so when I spray the fluid it shoots out of the big gap and goes over the car. I don't know if anyone has had this problem and has a fix for it, or if soemone has salvaged one off of a bad hood. If you have any info or help I'd greatly appreciate it.
