2) Thanks to Jimmy - I noticed the tach was not registering any movement. I simply disconnected the VDO tach power source (fuse box) & wire from coil (negative). It STARTED. Now it's time to figure out tach issue. Obviously I need it for tuning, etc. I did reground it to a known good point. I have tach, oil pressure & Ammeter running off the same source from fuse box.
