If you have a working key turn the lock 35 degrees clockwise and push in the pin on the side of the cylinder to release the sleeve. If you do not have a working key take a small dremel blade and cut a slice through the thin brass sleeve in front of the pin to slide the sleeve over the pin. The lock pins will likely fall out. You can smooth out the sleeve when reinstalling the cylinder
