It could be a number of things. Check rubber molding on door, thats where mine was leaking, also check sunroof drains. Also There is a point under car behind wheel well that was not allways properly cauked at the factory, often the leaking is from there.
In the future, ask 900 questions on the 900 board, you will get better responces.
This board is for older saabs.
