Yes I'm in Sydney. There is not alot of people playing with 99s here anymore. We recently had a guy give us a car because the wreckers wanted to charge him to scrap it.
Try to get hold of a genuine turbo if you can. A black three door recently sold down here for $800, but it was pretty rough. But a restored black turbo (if you can get it) is hard to beat.
I would only contemplate building a non-genuine 99t if it was a 2 door for the shear fact that they were not released in Australia, and they go like the clappers with the weight advantage. This is best based on a late 99EMS if you can find one. Oh, for the days when you would see one every week in the papers.
Do you have any good "CHEAP" part suppliers up there?
