I have to agree with John C, a 1980 99 Turbo sedan (5 speed) is the ultimate Saab. I have had two of them, now looking for a third. It is a very fast and powerful car. It feels and handles like a much smaller car than a 9000, yet it has plenty of space for 5 people. It drives like a gocart with its very short stearing ratio. It is also a very rugged car that can hold up to a fair amount of abuse. In my younger days, 20 years ago, I was spinning the wheels on my 99T sedan all the time, but never had any mechanical problems.
