Ok, some thoughts in no particular order. (My enter key is still not working...only on this bb though :-) so please bare with me) - The radiator fans are different. On the 99 they normally fit in front the radiator. You will have to buy an aftermarket radiator. Although you can (and I have) fitted a Thermo fan behind the radiator, but it will need to be a small one and insulated from the heat of the turbo. The fuel regulator used on factory 99s is actually a unit designed for 6 cylinder engines....ie it has 6 injector outlets. Only four of the outlets are used, the 6 cylinder unit was used because it has a higher fuel flow capacity. While I don't know all the differences about the pressure reulator I am pretty sure it provides extra fuel to the engine during WOT (wide open throttle) via a micro switch and when the car is travelling faster than 130kmh. With the system you are using you will need to check that your car is not leaning out when coming on boost as this may lead to overheating and other nasty problems that occur when turbo engines are starved of fuel. One part that you should probably get is an engine oil cooler. As the turbo superheats the engine oil, an oil cooler will extend the life of your turbo and engine. The oil cooler feed is taken from an attachment added in front of the oil filter. If you can find a 99 or a 900? which has an oil cooler it is a simple process to swap them over. The only other part you may be missing is the overboost protection switch. This switch will cut power to the fuel pump once boost pressure reaches a pre set level. This switch is not essential, you will not miss this component as long as you are a careful driver who is aware of the engine is doing (ie can recognise when the wastegate is siezed and not keep hammering the car with unlimited boost. Hope this helps Justin 1977 EMS, ex 1972 99 :-(
