Turn Signals Stuck on and stay on after car is off

I'm looking for anyone who may have experienced a problem I'm having with my 97 Saab 900S Convertible.
The turn signals have intermittently popped on simultaneously and stay on after the car is shut off.
Naturally, the dealership cannot re-create the problem, though they think it may be computer related.
In the meantime, I must disconnect the battery each time I stop the car out of fear that they will pop on at 2AM and then I'm up a creek.
Has anyone ever heard of this or know where I might turn to?
Thanks
Jeremy
