The following was sent to me regarding the upcoming events in Sweden. The Festival has been canceled for this year, but the two main Swedish Clubs, Svenska Saabklubben and Saab Turbo Club of Sweden will host this meeting in co-operation with the Director and staff of the Saab Museum.
It will be kept on a very informal level. Booking in advance is not required. The two day event will be based in two different centres; Kinnekulle which has an important racing circuit, and Trollhattan, the home city of Saab where the main Saab production takes place and the Saab Car Museum has its home. Visitors will be welcome at both venues. There will be an informal social event and BBQ on the Saturday evening for which a small charge will be made.
Further, up to date information will be posted at the two club websites http://www.saabklubben.com and http://www.stcs.nu (although as of the date of this posting - 4/2/03 - I could not find any additional info at either of these sites, at least not in English -CM)
The program looks like this:

This looks to be a great program, and having attended something very similar in 2001, I would encourage any Saab fanatics from the USA to consider this for your spring travel plans. Let me know if you have any other questions. In a pinch, you could try contacting Martin as well at webmaster@saabklubben.com
