Brett:
Not a fuse problem, as all the actuators work on the same circuit. You'll need to gain access to the actuator in the driver's door. Once there, you can manually operate the actuator rod up and down. If the locks work when you do this, then the trouble is between the radio receiver for the remote (the remote is the transmitter), and the actuator. If they don't work at all when operated manually, your actuator has a bad ground or needs to be replaced. If you have a fused 12 volt power source, try getting power to it with jumper leads. If it activates, then you likely have a bad ground or other short in the system. I think it has 3 leads to the actuator. Review your scematic (should be green/white, yellow and a black wire).
I am going through this exercise currently with 2 SAABs that I am upgrading to remote operation that weren't equipped with it.
Hope this helps.
