Questions about the New 9-5

I was thinking of buying the new 9-5 and was wondering why it would be hard to buy parts since most of it is GM parts and is basically shares everything from the Buick. Other than body parts what is will be hard to replace. I found a new one for about $22,000 and am thinking about buying it. Any thoughts would be helpful.
