This is just the way the NG900s are, even when new. It's kind of an annoying quirkm, related to the high idle speed, engine mounts, and transmission torque converter I'm guessing. Since I switched to synthetic, the idle is a bit smoother so you might want to try that. You'll get used to it, and the rest of the car will make you not care so much.
