This is a straightforward job with few tools. Probably .5 hour labor at a shop, maybe a little more. I've got a V6 so I can't tell you exactly what your experience will be like, but close enough.
Identify the sensor to be replaced, scoot under the car, jacking up if needed. Oxygen sensors have a 7/8" or 22mm fitting (it's about the same). If you can reach it you might try an open end or combination wrench; an adjustable might also work... see if there is enough clearance. If not, get an oxygen sensor socket and a long handled socket wrench. Autozone will let you borrow an 02 sensor socket or they cost about $15. Sometimes they are pretty stubborn, in which case the socket will be really handy. If you can get the sensor loose, then disconnect the wire above. Should be one of those connectors with the red tab that you just gently slide outward with a small screwdriver.
Installation is straightforward. Use a dab of anti-sieze compound on the threads; new Bosch sensors usually have anti-sieze pre-applied. Tighten down firmly (check Haynes for torque?), then reconnect the wires above. You're done!
I just did this yesterday myself. Used a socket from Autozone and a Bosch universal sensor with great results.
