My car makes an intermittent metal grinding noise like a stone scrapping the rotor. Noise comes and goes but only heard at low speeds starting out. the steering wheel also clunks like it has loose tie rods. I can reproduce the clunking by grabbing the tie rods at the steering rack on the fire wall. Feels like something is loose there. What is normal wear and tear for a 96 900 with 130000 miles?
