Perhaps nothing needs doing at all. Consider the following:
1) Get a Haynes manual from Amazon.com which will tell you how to do basic DIY on the NG900 - essenstial unless you want to give away your first born to your local Saab dealer.
2) Some weeping / slight leakage of oil from a manual gearbox with 100k on it is not unexpected and may not be too serious. The Haynes manual will show you how to top up the gearbox oil (easy) and then check in on a weekly basis to see how much it goes down.
3) If the clutch isn't slipping and there is not excessive pedal pressure required to change gear, I wouldn't bother doing anything with the clutch. At 100k, it could be time for a new clutch soon, although my '94 SET has 135k miles on it and is still on the original clutch - depends how the previous owner drove it.
4) W.r.t. drift, do the tires have even wear patterns? Might be worth getting allignment checked.
