Hard to say. You don't list any symptoms on how the no start occurs or the year model of car. Is engine cranking over but not firing, or do you only hear a click from the starter, or nothing at all?
It could be a bad battery, bad contact at starter, crank sensor, fuel pump to name a few.
It could also be loose wires and faulty relays.
Ignition switch is only one piece in a no start syndrome and all depending on how much fault tracing they did before and after the job, they might have thought they fixed it.
Did the problem ever happen while the car was in the shop? If not, it's really difficult to pin point the problem.
