I had this happen and after some trouble shooting it went away. A correct level header tank would give a closed contact to the SID. If the contacts go high resistance this could bring on the warning. What I was going to do is the following:-
1)Disconnect the lead from the sensor on the tank
2)With a 12vdc supply and a bulb(5Watts) series with the positive line connect to the sensor pins.
3)Now take off the header tank cap and push down the sensor float to make the bulb go off/on several times.
What this will do is zap clean the contacts with approx 400 ma and get rid of any high resistance contacts. Good luck.
