I am unclear as to what the real source of the problem might be. I see your comment about Armor-All and I just cannot think how this could be the sole reason for the problem. What is the pad thickness? Sometimes, even when the cash is not flowing, something have to be changed: aka brake pads. The pads and calipers are known to seize from time to time due to rust, so that is another option.
I guess what I am trying to say is that there could be various reasons for your problems and you need to pin point it further before you can correct the problem. I would start by checking the brake pads for thickness and the move on to the state of the calipers. How is the brake fluid and how is the reservoir?
