I have a 95 SET through 150K VERY hard-driven miles. If not already, you'll probably see a water pump, alternator, exhaust, suspension bits, battery and at least another set of brake rotors (maybe a couple sets of pads). Alot of these are DIY, and there's instructions if you search...
If not done yet, good things to stay on top of are:
Change all the coolant hoses, thermostat and vac hoses.
Change all the fluids, including trans (for manual, use Saab's synth, for automatics, good ATF at 60K or less interval)
Change the oil fairly religiously, consider synth.
Change plugs fairly often (15-25K or when it gets rough)
Clean the throttle body and AIC.
Align shift linkage if manual.
Bottle of Techron Concentrate or BG44K every now and then.
Idler pullies/serp belt every 60K.
Repacking the CV joints with new boots/grease isn't a bad idea.
After 100K, a spare DI in the trunk is a great idea.
Note I didn't go through all these things, some of it's based on watching the board, which is a great way of seeing how other NGs are holding up.
