Windshield Sprayers Not Working

Neither driver's or passenger's side. I pulled things apart and found that fluid is pumping up to the hood. I also confirmed that the two nozzles on the hood are clear. The problem seems to be with the "T" valve under the driver's side nozzle. Fluid flows across the top of the T just fine, but nothing comes out of the shaft of the T. The shaft is what feeds the nozzle. Why the passenger side doesn't work, I have no idea unless it failed at the same time.
Can these valves be fixed? Or where is a cheap source of replacement?
For now, I ran the main fluid feed tube directly to the driver's side nozzle and aimed one sprayer at each side of the windshield.
Don't want to go through the winter, however, depending on this band-aid.
Suggestions welcome. Thanks.
